6 Reasons why I hate the LG Voyager

If you did’t already know we had an intersting trip the the Verizone store on Black Friday. My mom and sister still on Verizone, as I bask in the AT&T goodness with the iphone, went to go get phone upgrades. It had been 2 years and Verizone loves more 2 year contracts signing s, the butter you up with Selective phones that will be free after a rebate. Now I say selective phones because, there is no way that Verizone will ive you a free BlackBerry storm but, they do have some cheasy phones they wan’t to give a chumps runing contracts. Now my sister ordered a BlackBerry Strom Wich is a whole other blog post for another day, but my mom, playing witht eh voyager for only 5 min. Decided on getting it. Why? I have no idea. But, she eneded up getting a Titanium voyager, for around after rebates $70 with Black Friday deals. Not bad. But, I know oh to well, why this phone is…let;s just stay biot worth anyone’s time.

I had blogged a long while ago, exactly 2 years ago, about the LG Prada, As the iPhone debued for ists hige launch, it was the hype of the cell phone market. That is exactly why, Verizone needed a touch screen to phone, to draw the attention back to them. There attempt is an EPIC FAIL! Here are my top 10 reasons on why I hate the LG Voyager

1. The Touch Screen- It is a disgrace to all touch screen devices out there, This is by far the worst touchscreen aI have seen. Why? Well, first off besides the buggy OS (WItch I will get into later) the delay is un freaking bearable! It also is not sensitive and does pick up on the the finger touching the screen. INEXCUSABLE! C’mon, this is why the pay design engineers and bet testers! Du Du DEE!
2. Unlocking the darn phone! – OH my Gosh! This is…..Mutters in the distance It is horrible. There is a small button on the side of the phone that you need too pull down to unlock. And if you don;t hit the exact place on the screen good luck trying to get it to unlock. This is another “feature” that should be burned, Get over the freaking button! Let us touch the actual screen to unlock, and anywhere on the screen! Don’t worry about unlocking in the pocket, that is why it is touch screen for fingers!
3. The internet browser- You have to be kidding me, right? This browser is a joke! You spend more time trying to navigate through it then looking at the web. What were they thinking? This is harder then browsing the internet on the iphone with your eyes closed! It has a horrible Verizone like mobile web to it and it is absolutely one of the worst mobile browsers I have seen!  Wow….
4. A UI half done- I have seen better User Interfaces on WIndows Mobile devices! Again, countless complaints come together. The UI on this phone sucks is probably the simplest term I can use.  It is very buggy, not very reactive to the touch and ot very delayed, Do U like it. Ummmmmmm…..No!
5.  Mobile Tv Antennae- Have you been living under a rock for the paste year? We are switching to DTV in February of 2009. Then why in the updated model, would the y include an antennae. How is this going to work? They claim it will but, I doubt it. Besides it might now working it looks horrible sticking out.
6. The Lat one, NO WIFI SUPPORT!- Uhhhhh, What? Did I just hear what I think I did? NO WIFI SUPPORT? Are you kidding me?! Of all the things how could they not include wifi capabilities. WHy? After and already suckish browser I have no idea
